Big Brands are Big Money
The financial world has placed a value of $47 billion on the Coca Cola name. BMW paid $66 million for the Rolls Royce insignia. Evian water sells for 80% more than a similar sized Pepsi and 66% of corporate executives will only buy computers powered by Intel. All of which is intended to make this point; brand recognition and reputation are absolute necessities if maximizing corporate worth is an objective.
